Try this little exercise, grab your back pack or kids back pack and put 5 pounds or even 10 pounds of weight in it, (example, 5 lb or 10 lb bag of taters) put it on and carry it around for an hour then take it off. You will feel the difference not only when you are carrying it, but definitely when you take it off.
